Equitin sells its share in KIDS&Co. to AcadeMedia
On 6th August 2026, alongside Karina Trafna, KIDS&Co’s founder, Equitin Partners has signed an agreement with AcadeMedia to sell its shares in KIDS&Co. The Company operates 34 bilingual preschools across Poland with approximately 3,000 childcare places. It is now opening its first primary school in Warsaw. The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval.
“Since we invested in KIDS&Co. in 2018, we have grown the network from 6 to 34 preschools across Poland, with revenues increasing to more than PLN 100 million.
